Please note that The Boot Room specifically will ask you to measure your foot in cm from the tip of your big toe to the back of your heel to ensure that the correct size is ordered. The Boot Room does not offer refunds, but a replacement will be considered if the delivered boot is not aligned with the cm's ordered. Different brands and regions can result in variations of sizes, even if UK, US, and EU sizes are referenced, therefor cm measurement are the most accurate when placing your orders.
